It’s Not too Early to Start Thinking about the New Year

Greetings, all HNSNYC members,

​

We’re gearing up for the winter issue of the HNS-NY chapter newsletter, and once more, we want to hear from you! We will send out a formal call for submissions on December 1, so this is just a quick reminder that we are once again looking forward to hearing all your news about publications and appearances you have planned for the first quarter of 2026. And as always, we are also eager to receive 250-500 word articles about writing, the publishing industry, your research discoveries, or anything else related to the Historical Novel Society and historical novels.

 

We are changing the submissions process this year. Instead of using the submissions form on the website, please just send any information as a .docx attachment to me directly at erica@ericaobey.com. The Dec. 1 email will have further details, but if you have any questions or an article idea you’d like to run by me right now, please don’t hesitate to contact me at erica@ericaobey.com.
